At Ame_handmadesg, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our artisanal fashion pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handmade item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or our website contact form with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear or fragrance.

  Ship to Studio

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our Singapore studio address provided in the Return Authorization email.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
